10. Fueling Your Creation with Life
Congratulations on Reaching Lesson 10!
Congratulations on making it to lesson 10 of your meditation learning journey! Many people find meditation difficult to grasp because they are too attached to their experience of life, failing to realise the self beyond the material body. However, if you’re reading this, then you’re among the few who can recognise that you are the higher self: consciousness existing within the body. Your body is something that you have and use to experience material life; you are not your body.
Understanding the Power of Prana
What is Prana?
You must also be aware that you have access to a superpower called Prana. Prana is the very essence of life that activates reality, making everything seem real. Prana fuels your memories, thoughts and ideas, dreams and imagination, and the very body, life, and reality you live in. All these things are known as creations.
How Does Prana Work?
Through the power of breathing, you have the ability to flow Prana into any creation and make it real. This is also the power that fuels belief. If you give life to something you believe in, you can absolutely make it real.
The Importance of a Safe Space
Reflection on Lesson 6
In lesson 6, I asked you to create a safe space within your mind to help you explore your truth and discover who you are. Before attempting any sort of deep meditation, you must first get comfortable sitting with and exploring your own truth in preparation for moments of enlightenment.
Why This Matters
Learning and discovering your own truth enables you to develop a life that is true, making for a more fulfilling experience of reality.

Lesson Focus: Fueling Your Creation with Life
Breathing Life into Your Safe Space
This lesson is about fueling your creation with life, with the creation being your safe space. Once you have your creation built in your mind, follow these steps:
- Inhale: Consciously inhale as if to breathe life into your mind, filling your creation—your safe space—with Prana drawn in from the world around you.
- Pause: Once at the peak of your inhale, pause your breath for a moment to let your creation soak in the life essence.
- Exhale: Exhale as if to breathe out the energy of your truth into life.
Repeat as necessary until you feel like the air around your body is infused with the essence of your truth.
It’s that simple! Next week, we’re going to dive into the intelligence of manifestation.
