I love meditation—it’s been a part of my life since I began my practice at nine years old. So, I thought I’d share some of my favorite benefits of meditation.
10 - Unlock Free Thinking and Deep Emotions Through Meditation
I started meditating as a child because I needed a safe space to be myself, free from judgment and expectations. Meditation became that place for me—a space where I could feel deeply and think freely. It can be the same for you! Just close your eyes, and consciously allow yourself to think and feel whatever you want. No one can see or hear you in that space—you’re free to be completely yourself.

Imagine yourself as a ball of light that expands with every inhale and contracts with every exhale—that’s you taking command of yourself. Now, imagine all the cells in your body expanding and contracting in rhythm with you. This is how you can self-regulate, harmonize with your body, and begin a journey of personal transformation!
